SpectralWorks has released the latest version of AnalyzerPro which significantly improves data processing speeds. Research Director, Scott Campbell says that "when benchmarked against previous versions of AnalyzerPro, the new version will process typical GC-MS or LC-MS data files around 15% quicker and some customers will see processing time reduced by 90% depending on the complexity of their data files."

Designed for users who require in-depth analysis of their samples, AnalyzerPro is capable of data mining the most complex of samples to report found components without the need of prior knowledge of the sample. As well as a complete GC-MS and LC-MS quantification package the qualitative data mining capabilities of AnalyzerPro can be applied to sample screening in environmental, pharmaceutical, toxicological and quality control laboratories.

Existing users can upgrade to this version and new users can sign up to a 15 day fully functional trial download by visiting the AnalyzerPro homepage. In additional to the improved performance, this version includes extended capabilities for MatrixAnalyzer to allow ion specific matrix analysis as well as additional functionality to specify the library hit reported for each component and the saving of results files to a user selectable file location. The development of the MatrixAnalyzer functionality improves the productivity of mass spectrometry data analysis in metabolomics and proteomics.
