Create a sequence of files and select Methods | Plugin Methods | MatrixAnalyzer from the menu.



Select the Enable Matrix Analyzer Processing check box and select the relevant Target Component Library. If appropriate to the application set the Internal Standard, Response and Base Peak Processing options. Click OK and then Analyze Sequence.

Once the data processing is complete select Reports | Plugin Reports | MatrixAnalyzer to display the Matrix report for the data set. Where an internal standard has been specified, normalised data will be reported alongside the absolute intensity values.



MatrixAnalyzer report data can be used to monitor changes across any number of samples.
