Calibration levels, QC Levels, Internal Standards and Calibration components can be created and by selecting the relevant option from the Methods | Edit Quantitation Method on the menu item.



Calibration components can be created manually or they can be imported from an existing qualitative Target Component Library by clicking on the Import... button.

Browse to and select the relevant Target Component Library and check the default import parameters as being suitable for your application and click the Import button.



The Calibration Components can be edited here or by selecting them from the menu again. Click OK and the edits will be passed to the method and then save the method using the Method | Save from the menu.
