Having opened a data file you can check the method parameters by clicking on Edit Processing Method.



Check that the method parameters are appropriate for your application such as peak width, library searching options and click OK.

You can choose to save the method using the Methods | Save As option from the menu bar.

To analyzer your data file press the F1 key or select Process Data from the Getting Started Homepage.

The processing status and if applicable the library search status will be shown at the bottom left hand side of the AnalyzerPro window.



The Analysis Report will be shown above the Original Data View of the TIC chromatogram showing the found components in blue along side the spectrum display. The relevant numbered report icons on the top left of the menu bar will now be active and you can switch quickly between reports.

The chromatogram and spectrum can be manipulated as required and a component report will be displayed if you click on any of the blue components labels.



Using the right mouse button in the component chromatogram display, it is possible to display multiple component chromatograms over specific or the full range of the chromatogram.
